02-21-2024It's super great that you can rent a unit online and gain access. However, it sucks that there's no one on-site or any customer service options in the evening. No signage to direct you to the units. You have to just wander aimlessly until you find it!

It was very, very clean, they had plenty of dollys to use, they included the lock with the pricing, and the associate Helen was very patient and helpful when we were going back and forth. Had some difficulty with the app but overall I would recommend.
