02-09-2024Storage units were well maintained, and Amy and the guy (not sure of his name) were both very helpful and friendly the numerous times I stopped in for one reason or another. Amy went above and beyond.

12-12-2023The guy working here was very helpful. This place is really clean and has an indoor loading dock to drop things off and load things up. There are also about 10 carts here to help you move your belongings around. Our unit was spacious and kept at room temperature. There is also a good amount of hallway room for moving things. I would recommend this as a good place for storage. The insurance provided was about $15 a month as well if you wanted to get it.

12-03-2023I've had a storage unit here for years, here in saline. Since public has taken over, the customer service is atrocious. Trying to talk to a representative that you can understand and not hung up on is ridiculous. Let alone when you stop by to talk in person no one is ever up front. Not even while you wait 45 min for someone to come back from where ever they might be. I do not recommend them to anyone.
