01-28-2024They don't allow you to cut open your own lock if you forgot or lost your key They obligate you to hire a professional or They call the cops on you. I paid for the lock, and I said if I damage anything, I would pay for it. Nope, they don't let you. Upsetting I won't use Public storage ever again
