01-01-2024I wish I could give negative rating. I do not know anything about this property manager. But this company is scamming people with a $1 per month promotion. On December 31, 2023, I made a reservation with a move-in date of January 11. Before the reservation, I contacted customer service twice, and they assured me that if I moved out by February 10, I would be charged only $1. After confirming the reservation, I noticed a due amount of $180, which I needed to pay by February 1, otherwise, they would charge me an extra late payment fee. I contacted them immediately after the New Year holiday, as they were closed. Now the customer service told me that my rental had already started from December 31. My first response was, "What the ****?" The customer service representative was not friendly at all. I requested to change the rental date to January 11, but they did not consider my request. When I requested a full refund, the customer representative told me that I would only get $1 back. They also charged my credit card $52 ($1 for the first month's rent and $51 for other charges). See how this company is scamming people. I would suggest being wary of this company. I wish I could sue them.

12-26-2023if youre looking for any customerservice to store your valuables belongings, anything do not use public storage at this location nobody is there to help you they all work remotely. I was there three times and they were closed during business hours the only way to reach somebody is call the 1- 800 number or local number and they may call you back but they may not until its too late. I have the most horrible experience ever using this location and I assume all public storage locations operate the same manner.
