I was renting at 8600 spring valley Rd and I found out 1-25-2024 that my utility trailer was stolen from there, they're exit is broken cars are going in and out without putting their gate codes! I have pictures of cars going in through the exit!! It had been more than 8 days and its still broken.. previous owner never had that problem I would leave it there for a whole month parked in my unit Z-22 and everything was good now this company comes along and don't even take care of ur stuff and are getting stolen and they see cars going in and out and the guy was like .. " Oh yeah I been seeing that, well the work order is already put in I don't know until when it will be fixed"like if that'll reassure anything!! Apparently they can't help me any further.. it still make one very angry

Bueno yo tampoco hablo mucho ingls pero uno tiene k entender k no es fcil k siempre encontremos una persona bilinge , as k nuestra meta en este pas es aprender a defendernos un pokito y pues ayude al empleado y dejenle un cuestionario k sea ingls y espaol, para k se puedan entender y se de mejor servicio . , Y el cliente este satisfecho con el servicio por k de igual manera aki tenemos el tiempo contado los k rentan y si el pago se da tarde cuesta recargosasi k mejoremps el servicio . Ayudemos a las personas k no puedan entender espaol k tampoco nosotros ayudamos.
