01-09-2024My storage unit was broken into, due to the fact the door going into many units was broken, as they were aware of this and did nothing to fix it, just leaving the place unsecured. Mark Hodory the district manager who has video and I quote " knows the person who did it " Is keeping this information from the police. I spoke with him on the phone, he was very disrespectful, knowing that Public storage is being held responsible for there neglect. Caution this is one of the worst places at address 2190 nw Burnside rd in Gresham for theft per the Gresham police .
