01-19-2024Beware, this is a terrible company and location. Ive had my space broken into twice. The price has increased for no reason. The employees are awful. Im closing my account ASAP and telling anyone who will listen to never use this company.

10-28-2023We spent thousands of dollars on a unit that had enough space to temporarily store some garage items, bikes and a valuable vintage sports car, during a 4 month remodel of our home. When we went to move everything out of the unit, there wasnt a single thing that wasnt covered in rat droppings and pee. There were even droppings on the car cover and in the engine bay of the car. Expensive custom bike bags were soiled with droppings and pee, and are now ruined Im glad we didnt leave any furniture in this dump, and had I known that this place had a rodent problem, I would have looked elsewhere for storage. Stay well clear of this place if you care about the things that youre storing, because this place clearly has a problem that needs to be addressed.
