I plan on leaving this storage unit after being here for about 3 months. I filled up a 10x5, and I am going to unload it all and put it elsewhere. Im am also giving this place a three star purely because of their customer service. Without that, it would be a one star. Working with the staff has been minimal, but the few times they have reached out, it has been with kindness, informative, and understanding. I enjoy that they send me a text when my payment has gone through, it makes me feel at ease. The location is also very clean. The reason I plan on leaving is because I do not enjoy being told what my "web rate" is, and then 3 months later, having it increased on me because the powers beyond have discovered they could make more money from me. From $70 to $103. When I asked if this could happen again, I was notified it could happen again in 6 months or so. It was explained to me, again, kindly, that this is a common practice amongst Storage Businesses, but I found one that assured me they do not run in the same fashion. TLDR: - The customer service is good here - Location is clean - Business comes off shady in how they handle your membership. Payment went up $33 and could/ will go up again in a few months.

Needed storage space before and after my move. Melissa walked me through everything. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Glad I called. Follow-up - When my movers arrived on site, the site manager called me to confirm that I was expecting the delivery. I did confirm and appreciated the security concern. Nice to know there is a security procedure/system on site.
