01-31-2024The storage is ok but this is the first time I paid and the person at the storage said he couldn't take the payment over the phone. Don't understand that because when I got it they sure took the payment. Then it wouldn't let me change debit card online and finally when it took the payment it charged 10 bucks! 10 bucks for doing it online. That's a straight up rip off. Never again will I pay again because I will just get the stuff out. It wasn't but a 55 and have to pay 80 bucks a month? Nope,not me.

12-19-2023The on-site manager was never in the office, he smoked/vaped on & in the property which caused the building, units, and our belongings to smell. Our items were stored for approximately 6 months and upon moving out were covered in mice droppings. Once we moved out, the unit was marked available with a new rental price of $159, way below our original monthly rental price of $191 for the same 10x20 unit. Beginning in January 2024 our price was to increase to $242. We were informed at the beginning of our rental agreement random increases are to be expected, however, they hardly seem reasonable. Previous reviews mention similar concerns, with response from the owner stating, thanks for bringing this matter to our attention, your feedback helps us improve, however, there doesnt seem to be improvement. I'm more disappointed at how the building is managed rather than the prices.
