02-28-2024The Public Storage on Route 42 Turnersville is far better than all the rest, I promise! Personal, friendly, and outgoing are just a few adjectives I'd use to describe my experience. I was given the runaround from a different location, and the assistant, Nicole, went out of her way to correct the many wrongs I'd experienced. She took on the responsibility even though my poor experience had nothing to do with her. The facility is extensive, clean, and organized. Nicole helped me find the perfect size unit by showing me different opinions. I could go on and on, but I suggest you check it out yourself!

02-15-2024Nicole is the BEST !! We have a storage unit and the lock was frozen, she assisted us in unfreezing it so we could get in. I had a problem with my auto pay and with in 2 minutes she had it figured out and fixed. Always smiling, pleasant and willing to help !!
