03-01-2024I'm leaving this note to thank Keith, one of the managers at the Victor St. location. He was very helpful and patient when I was selecting my unit last November; he showed me several units so that I could choose the best one for my needs. I greatly appreciate your help Keith! 5 stars for Keith! I've had a good overall experience at the public storage on Victor St. It's generally clean and well kept. There were a couple of storage units broken into last year, including the unit next to me. My understanding is that this happens occasionally at storage facilities and it is the reason for having insurance. I talked to the manager after this happened and he said they were able to catch the folks who did it. The gate has also been broken a few times for more than a week. It was concerning, but eventually remedied. 4 stars for Public Storage!

12-15-2023Initially, I would have said I had the most amazing experience renting a unit with public storage. However, a month goes by and two things really caught my eye with them. One, the female employee isnt friendly. At all. Two, the manager is 0 help if you happen to lose your key. Hopefully, if youre ready this the odds are better in your favor
