I had a small mix up regarding the space i purchased (my fault) and the employee was incredibly helpful in solving my issue. he walked me through the process step by step and helped when i had questions. he was overall a genuinely nice person and made the experience that much better! would definitely recommend storing your items here!

I recently started renting a unit here and due to a glitch, Id never received my gate code info and didnt realize it until the morning of my move. I called ESS and Jeremy was super helpful. He figured out what the glitch in the system was and took care of the issue. He was so pleasant and courteous, and the space works great for what I need. Absolutely recommend this location. Jeremy was awesome! Went above and Beyond when the door to my storage unit was stuck. it was after hours and he came back cheerful and so nice and got his ladder and fixed the door. He did it with not one complaint I felt so bad because it was after hours and the office had just closed I will forever be thankful for him coming to help out.
