02-23-2023BEWARE OF USING THIS STORAGE COMPANY. I rented a unit for one month and two days. They automatically charge your debit/credit card each month. Apparently, since I had two extra days, I owed $27.14. Instead of automatically charging my card, they just turned it over to collections. When I inquired via phone call, I was informed by the snarky woman that they dont email or send mail via postal service for final bills. She also stated that since I moved out, they could no longer charge my card. She made herself sound even more foolish by saying she doesnt see anything wrong with not notifying the customer of an outstanding final bill balance that they cannot auto debit from account. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

02-20-2022An excellent storage facility with very kind and diligent management! My needs were met completely, and I have total peace of mind. This is THE place if you need a storage space in a safe, well-lit, great location. Highly recommended.

03-24-2021Originally, we were very disappointed with the contract not mentioning our free month and the local two telling us there was nothing they could do about it and that we owed for another month. However, corporate contacted us today and was able to resolve the issue. Thank you!
