02-27-2024Stacie was very professional kind and accommodating She personally walked me to the 55 Unit I needed. She went over the hours, policy, terms and gave great customer service. Please make sure Stacie knows how awesome she is. She made my life so much easier. It took 20 mins tops. Tour and all. Stacie is an asset to Public Storage. Great customer service is rare these days. She went above and beyond. Thank you for you excellent service with a smile.
