My Father passed away last year. As any son or family member I was going through a lot with all the things that come along with losing a loved one. Through the process I found out that my father had a storage unit and that it was 4 days away from being auctioned off. Well that's when I met your employee Lauren. She was kind, very understanding of the situation I was going through. She helped me with the process of reinstating my fathers storage into my name and did it with professionalism and just being a genuinely kind person. As I gather my father's things and get ready to close the storage unit out . I want to say Thank You Lauren for being you. Anybody can work at a job. But the best employees are the ones that genuinely have a good heart. And you most definitely check that box. To her employers. Know you have a great employee. Treat her that way.
