Karla is fantastic! She answered every question I had. Helped find a storage unit very quickly and easily And she did it all with a great attitude the entire time. its very difficult to find people that work the way she does, made the whole experience very easy.
Maleigha was very helpful. I rented a unit with her assistance. She took the time to answer several questions before I was comfortable with my renting decision. **September '25 update** Shanena the building manager is great and very helpful. If it were based on her alone, the rating would still be 5 stars. I am changing my rating to bring awareness for potential renters about Public Storage's greed policy. I had completely moved out on the first of the month and a message was left due to the holiday. Public Storage will still charge the entire month's rent, while not providing you access to the unit for the rest of the month. They can essentially collect rent twice from two different renters for the same month. They are covered by the signed policy, but to offer no prorate or leniency option is very greedy. Any future renters should be aware of this.
Shayna is very thorough and helpful. I had a great experience and I'm so glad I chose this location!
Fully trashraising rent.. without any reason
