Dealing with stuff is hard. She handled mt situation with such care and professionalism. I highly recommend this specific location to all people, especially women. Thank you.

08-15-2024All these positive reviews about Tina the manager at Extra Space on Washington St in Weymout are right. She was so kind and helpful and accommodating, it made the stressful experience of having to move my stuff into storage less so. She was a beacon of calm professionalism among the chaos of moving day. I had arranged a space through the centralized phone number and it wasn't really working out for the things I was moving and storing. It was deep in the maze of the storage building. Tina was observant enough to notice quickly, and proactively found me a much better storage solution right away, practically without missing a beat unloading.
