Too Much Stuff
11-28-2023WellIt was bad Oh boy, where to begin. Ill just rapidly shoot off the reasons: The onsite manager was only onsite once, and that was to take my first payment. The other 4 times I really needed her help she was gone, not even a note in the window, and yes during normal business hours. The walls of our storage unit were covered in graffiti and the light never worked in the unit. The damaged automatic gate was never repaired which further restricted when you could or could not go in or out. I got a notification after 5 months that informed me my rental fee was going from $85 per month to $140 a month. That was really the last straw, I packed my stuff and vacated the premises. In my opinion, this is basically a ghetto mini-warehouse operation with a skanky, flighty Millennial as a Manager. This was NOT a wise choice for me. Lesson learned.
