Storing here at Public Storage is close to my home so having good customer service just enhances my decision to stay. I was going to leave my larger unit and he suggested I consider a smaller one just in case I cant get everything moved out in time which is exactly what ended up happening. This is what I mean by thoughtful and efficient management.
