Cj was professional and great customer service.
Best experience you can have renting a storage. CJ was accommodating and explained everything before even asking. Lovely to deal with people like CJ. Also, the location was every clean. I wouldve rated higher if I could.
CJ was amazing! Thanks for making the process quick and easy!
Cj provided great customer service , need more employees like him !
If you want to pay $360 (180 for the first 6 months and then it has jumped up 4 times since then and have had the unit for barely over 2 years) for a 10 x 15 unit and have no access to a cart, this place is for you. Actively looking for a different location. Edit: found out they raise the price every 6 months. It was cheaper to move my stuff to a new unit at the facility which is the dumbest thing I had to do, but at least that gives me 6 months of a normal price unit while I look. They were awesome for making that adjustment but it shouldn't have come to that point.
