Usually get great service, but this time when I got there the gate was locked, it was only 8 thirty, the sub sign on the gate says they are open until 9 but there was a chain around the gate it wouldn't open. I had to get to the airport so I couldn't put my stuff away liked I'd planned I won't be back for 2 months. So instead of me things being safe and sound, they'll be squandered and pilfered.

I am a current renter who just got yelled at by the employee for opening her broken front gate with my hand. Dont touch my gate. She said while confronting me in front of my 10 year old and threatened me if I do it again. This facility has conflicting hours of operation posted and this woman was way out of line. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they dont even lock the broken gate since I was able to open it with my hands. There are a lot of storage options, I would skip this one.

This place closed 3 hours early today--locking the gate that is supposedly broken. When I arrived to drop some things off well before closing time, I noticed an employee locking up the gate. I asked her why she was closing up early, but she ignored me and sped off in her vehicle. HORRIBLE customer service and the change in hours needs to be posted! This problem needs to be rectified immediately or the company will have other legal problems to deal with!
