02-26-2024I have had a unit here for about 7 years now. And have seen a few different property managers come and go. As well as ppl in the office handling the location for the day. I am extremely satisfied with Ciera who is the newer property manager. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions when I have had questions. As well as just asking info and taking my payments. Always very flexible when it comes to setting up a appointment time for me to come in the office as well. Her customer service style makes you feel very welcome and at ease with anything to do with your unit/account. And if she isn't in the office and you leave a voice mail. She promptly calls you back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location for a few reasons. The units themselves are well looked after and the top notch management/service makes this location a no brainier. I don't give 5 stars very often but this one is well deserved in many ways.

01-31-2024This is Seira hands down is the best person I have met in this company PERIOD. I met Seira this week and I shared with her my history with public storage since September of 2018. I expressed to her how/why their aren't any options to help those whom are really facing hardships only being able to get extension of account if you have never been late and meet requirements ect.. So I spoke with store manager Robert in Phoenix AZ where my storage is located and he definitely made me feel like as a customer for 8 yrs he didn't care to her what I was trying to literally beg for. I say all this because Seira from the moment I walked in she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and if I had any questions about my bill. I have never been greeted by a public storage employee like her. She also provided me with a discount and none of the public storages offered after the horrible service. I hand my letter written for corporate and for BBB all it takes is one person and Seira definitely cares about customers and her customer service maybe need to be reinterate in some other stores nation wide. Seira really is one of a kind and a real asset to you Public storage company.
