01-30-2024This store gets a ZERO. First, Victoria who helped me with my move in application process is pleasant and professional. Whomever is her boss, I think her name is Vanessa; I haven't talked to her but she has taken my account that opened on November 6, 2023, billed incorrectly in December. I called, spoke to Victoria who said, yes you were billed incorrectly.....would you mind paying in full and I will credit your January bill, and she gave me the exact amount to pay. I paid the overpayment in December and the adjusted amount told to exactly on January 2nd. Without any conversations with any staff person to person after leaving several messages and leaving my work telephone number and calling corporate office...... my bill was completely screwed up on their end and without talking to me they text threatening texts and sent a notice of putting my things up for auction for $46 I don't owe. In fact when I do the math, they owe me $16. I don't care if it was 5 cents, it's the principle........ I don't owe this money and I work for a corporation and this inappropriate treatment would NEVER happen. Unprofessional. Inappropriate. Bullies. Rude. The person I spoke to at the corporate office today didn't know who Joseph Russell Jr. was when I had mentioned his name, she said she didn't know know everyone in the office. IT'S YOUR CEO !!!!! Worst company ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AS THIS LOCATION !!!!! I never write reviews, especially a bad one. This is mind blowing to me.
