12-17-2023I was here all day my phone died so I couldnt get so went to the front no one was there for an hour and I I came back I try leva cause it want let you go up the elevator a 9 even if your already inside before the 9:00 pm no access Im stuck in here and I half asthma and I cold nose running and cant even leave cause the exit gate want open this is so ridiculous and I will never rent her again t and I have work a 500 in the morning

10-17-2023The young fellow with the beard at the front desk has been so very kind to me. I am between homes at this time and dealing with a lot. On two occasions I have been in full blown tears and he has comforted me. I greatly appreciate your empathy. Thank you for being kind and understanding even when diving in the dumpster to retrieve items I absentmindedly left sitting outside!!! As a nurse it means alot to encounter someone who has a heart for others. Thanks again.
