01-27-2024While the facility and staff are nice they increase the rates regularly. My rates have increased twice for total of approximately 61% over the original rate in the course of a little over a year. If you are comparing rates just know that rate they are offering, which might competitive now, likely will not stay that way. Now you are left with the inconvenience of moving all your belongings to another unit or just paying the increase, which is likely what they are counting on. Or if you have autopay you might not even notice, which they are also probably counting on.
