02-01-2024The storage company I was with prior to Public Storage was HORRIBLE!! It is such a breath of fresh air to speak to anyone at Public Storage. I have had frequent conversations with Ray he actually helped me setup when I first moved in and he has been so pleasant to work with since the end of last year. He has such a great tone and its almost as if Im talking to a family member anytime I speak with him. He is very thorough and he always makes sure to call me back when needed. I highly recommend renting with this specific Public Storage just because of Rays awesome customer service.
