02-11-2024I love the facility...it's clean, easily accessible and the climate control is perfect. Unfortunately the fact that the rent for my 10x15 ground floor unit has increased 94% between April of 2022 and March 1st of 2024 far outweighs the positives of this location.

01-11-2024Prices started at 40 a month and increase every 3-4 months. By the time it was over a 100 dollars I have had enough with their greed. I called to cancel and I had until end of month to vacate which I did. The day I finished clearing out, I spoke to someone on property who told me to take my lock and leave the door open and that was all. Yet, they still charged my card in January. I even had someone from the property call me yesterday to say I was late in payment. I disputed the charge with my bank because clearly they don't know what they are doing.
