I never have any issues when I come here and always have all my storage needs met. Serena is always super helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have any questions or concerns! Serena is forthright and honest and she takes her job very seriously. She is the upmost professional employee and she is the epitome of a hard working manager. Serena always greets me with her most genuine smile. She always takes time out of her very busy schedule to ask me how my day is going.
