02-25-2024I have been a customer at this Public Storage before. Since then, maybe 8 to 10 years ago, things have gotten more complicated. Nevertheless, the manager, Liz, and her staff (Hailie, Ty, Eric, and Hayden) have been nothing but good-willed and friendly. They've always been completely open and helpful when answering my many questions. When I see Liz or any of her staff, I am instantly assured and relieved that the customer service will in no way be lacking. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service, professionalism, pleasant relating which I enjoy here from Liz, Hailie, Ty, Eric, and Hayden at this storage facility.

02-09-2024Did not find out the falling ceilling before renting the unit out. And said will fix it after moving in and I need to be there when they are fixing it. Do n't you should check the storage unit and fix it before renting. So this facility must be under poor management and not friendly for the renting process.
