She is always incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to help all of us here. You can truly tell that she cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure everything is taken care of. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, Miriam is patient, helpful, and does everything she can to make the process easier. Her customer service really stands out and deserves to be recognized! I also have to mention how clean and well-maintained the property is. The bathrooms are spotless every single time I use them, which I genuinely appreciate, especially since were at our storage unit frequently for our business. Thank you, Miriam, for your professionalism, kindness, and for always going the extra mile. You make such a positive difference at this location, and we truly appreciate everything you do!

09-01-20265 stars! I had a great experience with Public Storage on Franklin. The online rental process was super easy and convenient, and I received access immediately by email, which made moving everything in so much easier. I accidentally moved my belongings into the wrong unit, and Miriam, the property manager, called me the next day to let me know. I had tried calling customer service first to see if I could fix it without coming back to the property, but they werent quite sure how to handle it. Once I went into the office, Miriam took care of everything for me right away. She was professional, kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy to resolve. Really appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Thank you, Miriam!
