Made us feel feel like we had made the right choice with our storage space and company. Thanks for all of your help!! Definitely recommend! :)

02-18-2024Seeing how commoditized storage spaces are, the only two factors that can make a good experience are price and customer service. On the second note, I have to mention Lori and Jillian are amazing individuals who go out of their way to help customers. I did not have a similar experience with the previous property manager and employees so Im very glad to give them a special mention!

02-17-20240/10 DO NOT YOU LEAVE YOUR THINGS HERE THEY WILL BE DESTROYED BY RODANTD MY THINGS WERE DESTROYED BY MICE AND RACCOONS AND GOD KNOW WHAT ELSE!!! NOT TO MENTION THE SMELL AND FECES ALL OVER EVERYTHING!! THEY SAY THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR INSURANCE AUTOMATICALLY BUT THEN THEY REMOVE IT! DO NOT RENT HERE! IF I COULDVE GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD! THE GUY AT THE DESK IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AS WELL. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORAGE UNIT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END! THEY INITIALLY GAVE ME THE WRONG UNIT SO I HAD TO PACK MY THINGS IN THERE
