Val is an amazing property manager! Responds quickly and reliaby to any issues or price changes. Helped to facilite seamless transition to new unit. Knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Been using them for awhile now, due to multiple issues along the way. Never real had any issues from the business, but my peers in rentals have been something else. When I had my car, people would be tailgating me to enter the lot and that's not supposed to be allowed, but I had someone call the cops and lie on me saying I was waving a gun at them, and had me do some kind of phone interview with the detective just to get my side of what happened. I told the truth. I stopped and proceeded to back up so them could not enter and had to almost let the gate close on them. It's okay for people to break the rules, but not okay to hold them accountable when they do... The staff, again however have always been friendly and understanding when things have come up, so I would definitely recommend them for storage, just pray your rental neighbor is not a pain in the butt, or a thief...
