03-07-2024Poor customer service. Raised our payment without informing us. Constant change in employment. Poor maintance upkeep. All the complaints of dirty floors, half-lite hallways, broken flatbeds, broken bathroom, and leaky water are still very much true as of March 2024. We've been with this unit since 2022 and it has only gotten worse. I guessTheresa has worked there for awhile? Being at this unit for 2 years, I only saw her three times. She has not been helpful or nice in our situation.
