Joshua was super nice and friendly! I used a storage facility in another city, and they raised the rates without warning me, and made no effort to contact me and were about to throw out all of my stuff when I called just to check in on a whim. I was hesitant about trying a new storage facility, but Joshua was super nice, and I love that they have an app to make it easy. I am glad that they offer insurance and indoor access, plus climate control. I feel that my stuff will be a lot safer.
