08-06-2024Your employee Jamie, was amazing, she had a great attitude and help me close out everything during my move out today. During this time she was also dealing with a rude customer who was dealing with her own problems of the day, and when Jamie tried to help her the customer was giving her a real attitude and acting like she was going to get her fired. And claiming that she would make sure she was gone because she knows how it works.Total attitude from someone who just thinks they do no wrong. Employee remain professional and tried to see how they could help them still. I have in (my not that it matters but) 5 years as a customer had great experience with Extra Space Storage, and if I need to store anything again, I will be back for sure.
