02-20-2026First off Maria thank you so much for always being helpful however I am extremely upset that pay all this money to keep my things safe and when I get water damage I cant even get a credit for the month after having to take the day off to go all the way down to my unit to see the damage the water cause do to a roof leak an I get insulated with a credit of 25 dollars ridiculous absolutely ridiculous
