01-05-2024Since day one its been an issue with this company and lets not talk about the fact that NO ONE is ever there. But let you be 1 day late on a payment. Although all of your payments are on time, NOPE $30 late fee. Their responses is we can fall short and never have staff on site to assist you with any needs but youre expected to never be late!! Now I find out this place was sole and NO ONE ever contacted me! I only found out because I try paying my bill online. I pray my things are still there when I get there today. And if this company is taking over. You guys better do better or youre going to lose a lot of customers.

11-28-2023Frank and Ethan are great managers and helped me a lot. They provide safe clean accessible storage. Beware because initial rents are a kind of a bait and switch. My rent increase was about 50%. I'm leaving only two stars because they increased my rent from around $475 when I moved in, to over $700. Despite on time auto payment every month.
