11-16-20232023.11.17: update: We just moved out of our storage unit at Public Storage on 4th Army Drive, Frisco, and Karen again was really helpful. Our thanks to her! Original post (Jan 2023): We rented a unit on 1/13/2023. Karen and the other lady at the desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made the rental process easy and quick. The facility itself appears clean and well maintained. Great job! Thank you.
