08-20-2024Heather does an amazing job at managing her property it is always clean. She is always friendly and ready to help me when I need it. I just upgraded from a 5x5 to a 5x12 and she made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend storing here!

08-19-2024Service is good. They have some management or training issues, you need to call them many times to solve. Still, I can say they're really friendly. Be aware though, price WILL INCREASE within a few days before next billing, In my case it was DOUBLED!!! which makes me really upset, I wasn't in any test period or promotional entry. It's a really unethical company. I moved out the first chance. Otherwize, really safe place to store your items, just don't store items that may melt since they don't have AC, neither any lights...
