08-04-2024I was in the middle of planning my move from Chicago to Arizona and had a complete change in how I was moving. I ended up working first with Sam at the Surprise, AZ location on Grand. Then with Sam and Rob's help, I set up my account and had my items delivered right to the storage facility over the course of a few weeks while I was still out of town. They accepted the packages for me and made sure they were put in my unit. Rob sent me text updates when items were delivered and made this tough move super easy!! Great guys to work with!

07-16-2024I had the wonderful opportunity of working with extra space storage. They made my experience with extra space storage very pleasant. Front desk was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly from beginning to end. He went above and beyond by taking time out (while being extremely busy with multiple phone calls, and other customers in line) by focusing on efficiently completing my lease. He made sure while there were no customers awaiting to take me to look at two different storage units so I could pick which size was best for me. Lastly, the inside and outside of the building was immaculately clean and well maintained. Thank you Extra Space Storage for hiring such great employees to provide exceptional customer experiences!
