My unit flooded. If you get a unit here look in the hallways for signs of standing water. The insurance policy I opted for when I got my unit did not cover water damage of any kind.

Moved out of town due to a new job, with the hopes of returning. Unit was broken into twice in one year. Facility was unwilling to assist with any information or records regarding the break in, leaving me on the other side of the country with no means to understand what happened or had been taken--which ended up being half of my stuff. Needless to say, I was done with them when the second break-in occurred and they still didn't provide me any useful information. Also, they continued to raise the rent multiple times per year. So please save your money and take your business elsewhere.
