03-08-2024I agree with the other five stars here -- this place really is excellent. Haley set up my storage about a month ago, and she was professional and friendly. She clearly runs a tight ship! I'd recommend the Aurora Public Storage to anyone looking to store for a reasonable fee in Seattle.

03-02-2024I was on the six floor and was locked in the elevator for a few minutes and could not exit, then finally two employees called the elevator and the door opened. We asked them for help and they just said they dont know who we are and could not let us out. They didnt enter the elevator and told us to go to the first floor. Thats fine, we went down to the first floor and I entered the password again and met them again on the second floor. They said the same thing that they dont trust us and need us to go back and enter the code. Very rude. No apology or empathy after we told them we were locked in the elevator. This place is clean though.
