She found a key that was unrelated to the storage facility, looked into it and found that we were the only ones in the area in the last day. She called me right away and I was able to identify it. This was a very important key that would have been difficult and expensive to replace, I didn't even realize it was missing. Thank you Lacie for the excellent customer service that went above and beyond the usual care of her facility
