Amie was absolutely amazing! She was so informative and helpful! She really takes the time to explain things and I can tell she keeps the property very clean.
Ive seen many great reviews about this location, but unfortunately, my encounter with Aime today completely turned me off. As a result, Ive decided to take my business elsewhere. Ill admitI lost my cool on the phone, and I apologize for that. However, the lack of empathy I received regarding my units mold situation was incredibly frustrating. I just returned from deployment, only to find mice droppings and mold on my babys toys, car seat, and other belongings. I followed the proper procedures and filed a claim with the insurance company, and today, I was simply trying to follow up and ask about switching units. We had only briefly interacted over the phone to schedule an inspection of the unit, so I was surprised by how cold and dismissive her attitude wasboth on the phone and in person. I wasnt asking for anything unreasonablejust a bit of understanding for what I was dealing with. Everyone has rough days, and I get that. But I felt like I was being brushed off and treated like an inconvenience, when all I wanted was a professional conversation and a chance to be heard. Thank you for housing my belongings over the past 10 months, but I wont be continuing my service here. Based on this experience, I wouldnt feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone
