03-16-2024I was looking for a place to store a boat trailer outdoors and twice had difficulty with Public Storages complicated and inefficient online and phone reservation systems. That all changed when I physically went to this Public Storage. Kristine was just returning from a maintenance run on the property and quickly understood the problem I was having and got my reversion sorted out. She was extremely friendly and understanding. She even took the time to show me the parking spot to ensure it met all of my needs. Her stewardship for the property is obvious and she cares about the paying customer. The interaction I had with Kristine was beyond anything I was expecting and she is a true professional!
