Very convenient location if you have a student at USFSP. Initially did everything online, however I decided to go into the office when closing out my rental. The person on duty, Dee, was extremely friendly and gave me some ideas on how to save money next summer when I might need to rent again. Clean facility with good security. Appreciate the fact that they have so many hand carts available to move stuff in and out of your unit. Climate controlled is also a plus.

1. Good central location off of the interstate highway. 2, Good air-conditioning system 3. Clean facilities. Important! 4. Smart locking system for the units. 5. Overhead rollup doors are an excellent solution. 6. Functional large carts for delivering or removing storage items. 7. Large heavy-duty elevator. 8. Security to get in and out of the building is good. 9. Helpful, engaging personnel at the desk. 10. Ingress and egress are excellent whether you are on storing on the first floor or the third floor.
