DAWN VERY HELPFUL.
Very helpful, professional and prompt
I rented a unit at this location and had a great experience. I met Dawn who was very efficient by helping me pick the correct size, explaining the payment and cost options. The entire premises were very clean and safe. I strongly recommend this storage facility and most of all Dawn who still believes in providing customers with good efficient professional service.
Dawn is a great help several units I've rented. I've been to a few and this is by far the best service and facility.
Ive only had this service for a month and Ive received about 3 courtesy reminders about things that didnt quite meet their standards. The last one was when they closed early and locked me inside. My code wasnt working and I had to call 911. Not only did I NOT get an apology, but they treated me like a criminal as usual. Just because theres a lot of homeless in the area doesnt give yall the right to be treating everyone with long hair and tattoos like they dont belong. News flash, your company wouldnt exist without paying customers like me. Treat me with respect. That is all. The property manager here needs a bit of a reality check. Edit: Someone higher up reached out to me regarding this review and tried to make things right. It was a complete 180 from my previous experiences with customer service. He twisted my arm a bit to change the review because it would look bad as the quarter ended. I reluctantly complied because he seemed like a reasonable man. Fast forward, I keep having issues with the property manager. Shes extremely creepy, invasive, and leaves a courtesy reminder nearly every single time I visit this place. Clearly she has something against me and I will be leaving and going to another Public Storage because of her and her only.
Dawn in the office was very helpful and caring. She answered all questions I had promptly and any genuinely cared. I would definitely recommend this location
