03-07-2024First off, the management at this facility is awesome. Danielle, actually greeted me at the door, with a smile and acknowledged me when I walked in, even though she was with another customer when I arrived. As someone in the customer service industry, that means a lot to me. When it was my turn, she gave the great news that I was going to be paying half of what another storage company was going to charge me to use the facility. In these times, that is a blessing in itself. She showed me the unit I would be getting and explained everything to me in detail. The facility is very clean. A lot cleaner than the last place I rented from close by. You enter the facility and use the elevator with an app, which makes it easy as pie. Units are climate controlled. I feel that the memories I have stored are safe. I have already recommended this place to friends. Im extremely happy with my decision to store here, and I know you will be as well.
