12-28-2023Raise the rate for the third time in less than a year, Extra space Storage for a 10 by 25 is only a $124 a month. Call and they are not willing to try and retain a customer. They are THE most expensive in the market review I just completed on this unit. They keep referring to a bogus company policy that they don't match competitors prices. Started at $159 a month, in 10 months and 3 rate increases its now $259 a month.
