I set up a move in reservation at 4pm yesterday with this business and nobody showed up. We tried calling the property manager (only after getting their number from their customer service line which has a wave of robotic prompts) and they never responded and a day later still no response to my voicemail to the property manager yesterday. I just got an email saying that I missed my appointment. Lol. Imagine how quickly they would have responded if someone broke into your stuff! Luckily I took my business down the street to Armored storage which is family owned and there is a presence on site 24/7.

I spoke with Pam and she was absolutely awesome at answering all my questions and showing me the different sized units that i needed to see. She was very helpful and I definitely recommend this location if youre in need of storage.
Terrible company and terrible customer service! They leave the office during business hours lock the doors dont leave a note to tell you when theyre coming back and cant call the location specifically. They get you in with a relatively low price, but doubled the rent in a year. They raised it four times in one year. This happened at another public storage location with my moms unit. Exact same thing they doubled her rent within a year. I would run as far away from this company and she possibly can
